The area is well-connected with bus stops, facilitating easy exploration of the island. The central station of blue bus line that connects you with the airport and the suburban areas is located here. To get to the apartment either from the airport or the port you should take the bus route No 15 and stop at the San Rocco bus station.

For security and convenience, you will receive a link with detailed information and entry instructions a few hours before your arrival. No registration or app installation is required. Moreover, Greek law obliges all short-term-rental hosts to record the identity details of their guests (passport or national ID).

In addition, hosts must file a “Short-Term Accommodation Declaration” with the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE), which includes the tenant’s identification data. Accordingly, after you book and before check-in we will ask every adult guest for a clear photo/scan of their passport or ID card. Your data are stored securely, used only to comply with the above laws, and may be shared with the competent authorities if requested. They are never used for marketing or any other purpose. By confirming your reservation you acknowledge this legal requirement and agree to provide the requested documents. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• Check-in time: 15:00 (If the proposed time is inconvenient, please send us a WhatsApp message with your preferred time and we will respond promptly.

• Lockbox code: In WhatsApp and in Booking or Airbnb Chat

Υou can park free of charge on the side of the streets, unless there are any prohibitory signs. There is not private parkings near the property. 

• Check-out time: 10:00 (If the proposed time is inconvenient, please send us a WhatsApp message with your preferred time and we will respond promptly).

• Before check out, please switch off all electronic devices, dispose of any trash at the nearest garbage bins located here and place the keys inside the lockbox and shuffle the code.
